Services

Five things I do for small businesses. One person doing all of them, which is why they fit together.

Logo Design

A logo has to work at the size of a phone icon and the size of a box truck. I design marks that hold up in both places — one silhouette, clean linework, no gradients propping it up.

I work through sketches with you before anything gets coloured in, so you see the idea before you see the polish.

What’s included

  • Concept sketches and revisions
  • Final mark in vector (AI/EPS/SVG)
  • PNG and JPG exports for web and social
  • Black, white, and one-colour versions
  • Colour codes and font notes for your printer

Web Design & Development

I design and build the site myself — no handoff, no template shop. Mobile first, because that’s where most of your customers will find you.

You get something fast enough to rank, simple enough to update, and hosted wherever you want it. If you already have hosting, I’ll work with it.

What’s included

  • Responsive design for phone, tablet, and desktop
  • Hand-built pages — no page-builder bloat
  • A CMS or editable areas where you need them
  • Contact forms that reach your inbox
  • On-page SEO groundwork
  • Launch and a walkthrough so you know how to run it

SEO

Local SEO is mostly unglamorous groundwork: the right titles, the right structure, real content about what you do and where you do it, and a site fast enough that Google doesn’t hold it against you.

I don’t sell rankings. I build the site so the rankings have a chance.

What’s included

  • Keyword and competitor review for your area
  • Titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure
  • Service and location page content
  • Technical basics: speed, mobile, sitemap, schema
  • Google Business Profile setup

Social Media Management

Your feed should look like your brand — same colours, same type, same voice. I handle the graphics and the posting schedule so it stays consistent when the week gets busy.

What’s included

  • Branded post and story templates
  • A posting schedule you approve up front
  • Graphics produced from your brand assets
  • Profile and cover art sized correctly per platform
  • Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok — wherever your customers actually scroll

Business Cards & Print

The logo is only half of it. Cards, signs, shirts, and vehicle graphics are where most people meet your brand first.

I set up print-ready files to your printer’s spec so nothing comes back wrong.

What’s included

  • Business cards, front and back
  • Flyers, postcards, and signage
  • Vehicle graphics and shirt artwork
  • Print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks
  • Print-ready files, or I can arrange the print run for you — either way

How it goes

Four steps, no mystery.

You always know where the project is and what happens next.

1. Discover

We talk about the business, the customers, and what has to change. No brief template — just questions until I understand it.

2. Design

Concepts come back to you early and rough. We refine together until the direction is right, then I polish.

3. Build

I build it properly — hand-coded, fast, mobile first — and you see it on a live preview link as it comes together.

4. Launch & support

I handle the launch, the domain, and the email setup, then walk you through running it. I’m still here afterwards.

Questions

Answered straight.

How long does a website take?

A typical small-business site runs three to five weeks from the first conversation to launch. A logo on its own is faster. The honest answer is that it depends most on how quickly the content and photos come back to me.

How does pricing work?

Flat project pricing, quoted up front — you know the number before anything starts. No hourly surprises. The number depends on the scope and the timeline you need — tell me both and you’ll get a straight quote.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes, and it’s a good chunk of what I do. I’ll look at what you have, keep what’s working, and rebuild the rest. If the old site has search rankings, I set up redirects so you don’t lose them.

Do you handle domains, hosting, and email setup?

Yes — including cPanel and HostGator. I can register or transfer the domain, get hosting configured, set up business email addresses, and make sure everything points where it should. You keep ownership of all of it.

What do I need from you to get started?

A conversation, first. After that: your logo files if you have them, any photos you want used, and a rough idea of the pages you need. If you don’t have those yet, that’s normal — we sort it out together.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. You can call me. The first month after launch is on me — small fixes and tweaks included while the site settles in. After that I can stay on for ongoing maintenance — updates, backups, content changes — or hand you the keys and stay a phone call away.

Know which one you need?

Or not sure yet — that’s fine too. Tell me about the business and I’ll point you somewhere useful.
